Taka Chi Dressage Stables
Owned and operated by Clayton and Sarah Martin, Taka Chi Dressage Stables is located in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains on the eastern edge of the spectacularly beautiful San Luis Valley in Southern Colorado.
Clayton and Sarah have brought their unique training system and developed their facility to cater to the art as well as the discipline inherent in developing a dressage horse and rider.
By locating their barn and arenas in such a way that everywhere you look is natural beauty, and everything you hear is from nature's own songs - birds, breeze in the trees, the sound of flowing water: they have created a place where horses and riders alike can relax, release and focus.
Clayton and Sarah take students and horses in training from April through October at their home facility in Blanca.
